Below are the detailed instruction on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of order, Please see whether either of these pertains to you or not, and the items are covered by our 30-Days Return and Exchange Policy.

The following reasons are covered by our 30-Days FULL COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.

(We are responsible for return postage and free replacement)-We send the wrong order or item.

-The product you received is damaged or defective. We accept to arrange a free return and exchange based on your requirements.

-Order is not received. After the investigation of missing package, we can issue you the full refund or arrange a replacement based on your requirements.

The following reasons are covered by our 30-Days LIMITED COVERAGE Return&Exchange Policy.
(You is responsible for return postage and replacement fees)
-You choose the wrong size/color/pattern.
-You offered a wrong address when you put the order.
-Your Personal Reasons due to changing mind, personal taste, etc.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-Days Return&Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
-Product Color Difference. Although we make every effort to photography our products accurately and describe them in details, we can’t guarantee every photography in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution.
-Item’s Smell. Each item has its own smell, which is the smell of raw material, this could not be the reason of return. You can hang it in a ventilated place, then the smell will disappear.

Return&Exchange&Refund Process

How to make a return or exchange?

1, Please contact Customer Service Department on our site, show us the order ID and indicate the reason that you would like to return or exchange, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

2, After receiving the return introduction from us, please pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

3, Choose your own logistics company at your cost and mail it.

4, Send us the receipt of your return if your return or exchange reason is covered by our 30-days full coverage return&exchange policy.

Return&Exchange Conditions

1, Please do not send your return to the address on your original package, this is not the return address and will affect the return, exchange, refund progress.

2, The following items can not be returned or exchanged: lingerie&sleepwear, swimwear,custom made products, underwear, but we will issue you the refund if the return is caused by quality problem.

3, Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging, we do not accept any returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, we have right to charge some compensation based on this condition.

4, Please be sure to double check your return before shipping it out, we are not responsible for the return of non-ACE SHOCK store products.

5, Customer needs to pay the return freight unless the quality problem. No Return Service Charge.

How will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return, it will be issued to your original payment account.

NOTE:  The original shipping fee and return postage is non-refundable unless your reason is covered by our 30-days full coverage return&exchange policy. Tax is non-refundable in any condition.
