Cancellation Policy

 Only for Customized Orders&Costumes

Cancellation request to the orders will be accept before it’s put into production, usually within 12 hours from the time you put the order. Please contact us to make sure if it’s in production or not. If it’s not in production, we will issue you a full refund.

For Customized Orders: if it’s more than 12 hours from the time you purchased, we can accept your cancellation request but will not issue you the full refund, because your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $10 customization fee per item is included in your purchase, so we will refund the entire cost of your item, and less the $10 customization fee.

For Costumes: if it’s more than 12 hours from the time you purchased, we can accept your cancellation request but will not issue you the full refund because it has been in production already, we will charge the cost of the product, then issue you the remaining refund.
